Mustafa Iqbal Nasim Siddiqui embarked on his academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, completed in 1976, following an earlier BSc (Hons) in Chemistry. During his time at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India, he distinguished himself as the Common Room Secretary of Habib Hall, a role that significantly enriched his university experience and honed his leadership skills.

Following graduation, Mustafa Iqbal entered the professional world as a Resident Engineer at the Pakistan Steel Mill. This initial phase of his career was not only a professional milestone but also a personal one, as it was during this period that he met his future life partner, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in his life.

Soon thereafter, Mustafa Iqbal moved to Libya, where he continued his career for a year before relocating to Saudi Arabia. His professional journey in Saudi Arabia spanned an impressive 38 years. During this time, he served as the Procurement Division Manager at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Company, where he played a key role in several high-profile projects.

Noteworthy projects under his supervision include:

- The 400-bed maternity and pediatric hospital, King Fahad Medical City.

- Various significant railway station projects.

- A five-star hotel and the expansive Al-Rashid Mall in Al Khobar.

- The Makkah-Taif water transmission project, which involved the construction of a 200 km pipeline to supply drinking water to the residents of Makkah and Taif.

These achievements reflect decades of dedication and hard work, showcasing a career marked by remarkable experiences and opportunities.
